AER was founded in 2016 in Santa Rosa Beach, Fl. by Michael & Kari Weaver, who grew up here locally and wanted to offer the Highest Quality Flooring Products along with the Hightest Quality Installations and Renovations here in Northwest Florida. As a valuable resource for Unique and Exclusive Flooring and Wall products, along with inventorying over 35,000sf. of tile here in Northwest Florida.  We strive very hard to work subserviently with you to help you achieve yours and your clients final results.  With having over 30 years in the Construction & Flooring Industry, we can help you resource almost anything. Our new designer showroom / warehouse can be accessed anytime for you and your clients, even if you would like to meet after hours or weekends. With our combined knowledge in the Construction and Flooring industry,  this helps set us apart from our competition, as we not only educate you on the right product to use.
